H1N1 Vaccinations @ TCE on February 8th

Students may receive the H1N1 vaccination on February 8, 2010, at Taylors Creek. Parents must return a consent form to receive the nasal spray vaccination. Military families return the green consent form. Non-military families return the white consent form. Nurses will administer the vaccination in the hallway after students each lunch. A child may receive a shot if certain medical conditions exist. Flyers have been sent home with each student.
