TAYLORS CREEK EARNED THE GOLD AWARD!

We got news to ROAR ABOUT as we learned from the Governor's Office of Student Achievement that Taylors Creek earned the GOLD AWARD. This award is based on 2009 spring test scores on the CRCT for: 1) making Adequately Yearly Progress (AYP) for at least two consecutive years, 2) having at least 30% of students EXCEEDING STANDARDS on the CRCT, and having 97% or higher of students making great gains. We are one of 13 schools in Georgia and will be receiving a banner to display for this award. TCE received the SILVER AWARD in 2006, and our goal is for 100% of our students to meet the standard. Congratulations staff, students, and parents for your hard work. We are a winning team and continue to rise to new heights as we focus on student learning, set goals, and work hard to beat the odds. We will never give up and never give in.
